The important thing is to give yourself some time to grieve. Do not prolong it or constantly nag yourself about it. Everybody has his or her own time and way to grieve. Accept that it can take you longer or shorter than everyone.
We have expressed that the end of one relationship should not take its toll on your life and happiness.
